I am looking for a method or program which can convert various multimedia formats such as .wmv , .mpg etc. to flash compatible formats like .swf or .fla. Any help you can provide would be so appreciated.

In reply to my own previous post. I did not receive any replies as to conversion software but in the interest of future readers of this post I now use "Media Converter". It is an add on for Mozilla Firefox and its absolutely free. Converts flv mpg mp4s and most all file types to your preferred file type. Can be downloaded and added to your installation of Mozilla firefox via Tools>Add ons>
