My application is using signal processing to reduce the noise in IR Infrared arrays, specifically 160x244 Schottky Barrier CCD arrays which operate between 3 - 5 microns. There are 3 kinds of noise to reduce - real time photon noise, dark current noise, and fixed pattern noise.

Am looking for both hardware and software solutions to the above, am trying to study the pros and cons of each. Thanks.
